☃️ Volunteers Needed ☃️

We need your help to make our Winter Wonderland event a magical success! Volunteers are essential to ensure this fun-filled day runs smoothly, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Help with set-up and clean-up
Assist with booths, games, and craft stations
Dress up as a favorite childhood character for a special meet and greet (Elsa, Spiderman, etc.)
Lend a hand in the kitchen (for pancake brunch, cocoa bar, etc.)
Medical volunteers welcome to help with the first aid station for emergencies

Volunteers can sign up for as many consecutive shifts as you'd like. This is a wonderful way to give back to the community while making the day special for everyone!

✨ Showcase Your Business ✨

We invite local businesses to get involved in our magical Winter Wonderland event! This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business, support the community, and make lasting connections.

Here’s how:

Donate items for our gift giveaways
Offer free rentals or supplies for games and activities
Host a booth to showcase your offerings
Donate to the MCS Annual Fund to support our school

In exchange for your generous support, MCS will promote your business by:

Featuring your logo on the sponsorship wall of our event website
Giving you a branded shoutout on our Facebook page
Including your business in our event emails to all attendees

We’re thrilled to invite you to join us as a vendor at our magical Winter Wonderland event by hosting a table in our Makers Market Corner! This is an opportunity to showcase your offerings directly to our community, connect with local families, and enjoy a fun-filled holiday celebration.

As a vendor, you’ll have the chance to:

Host a table to display and sell your products
Interact with families from across Silicon Valley
Keep all profits from your sales

In exchange, we would be incredibly grateful for a donation to our MCS Annual Fund to help us continue serving the community we cherish.
